So just two days ago, I met this guy named Paul who was a cousin of a friend of mine. Paul was visiting my home town temporarily and he would always flirt with me and try to get touchy with me and although I don't really find him attractive, I was somewhat drawn towards him. Even friends would notice he would flirt with me but the first day he was here, he met my friend named Theresa and according to his cousin, my friend, "I guess he likes talking to her or something because he's always like oh is Theresa coming? " and he called her up and said we (the gang) should hang out. I think he has something for her. What is funny is that I found out all this stuff about Theresa today and now I'm just so sad because I felt like all the attention he gave me was nothing and that me being drawn to him is useless. I feel inferior now. I mean he would still call me too but it doesn't seem to be the same way he called Theresa.

Can someone analyze this for me?
Btw, he went back to Canada today..

Unfortunately, I don't know the title of this particular occupation. Ever since I saw someone wearing white gloves & spending their time in a small room carefully brushing off archaeological finds- I've wanted to have that occupation. It may sound boring to some, but I think it would be fascinating to spend careful hours every day gently brushing various archaeological findings. What is the name of this occupation, and how does one enter into such a profession?

I know, I've mentioned this before. But the thumbs down routine makes no sense. Maybe the original idea made sense to somebody, but the way most people use it makes no sense, and is a useless gesture.

What i mean to say is that...

all girls are nice...but you can really TELL if she's just SINCERELY SWEET and if she's just a girl who's nice?

by sincerely sweet, she's human and has feelings - she's hurt when she's hurt and will let you know but won't "sabotage" you...she's a loyal "good girl"; not high maintience at all

by a girl who's "nice" - it varies...she COULD potentially give you "revenge" and just not care and have no sympathy breaking hearts...could be high maintience?

can you tell the difference?

well the spirit off anti-immigration is on the raise and certain groups blame on immigrants that they're on a bad situation and with no jobs but I seen that those who complaint they receive goverment help and the only thing some do is get dope up with that money shouldn't the 're be more supervision on them like urine analisys like city employee to determine if they're really not abusing substances and not let them shield behind the needed and suffered family that they really try to portrait;Becouse some really just act like and blame on others but don't do much to improve while others with out help show that America is a place for those who really put themselves into wasn't this Country made by Immigrants ???

does anyone know how to file a written motion for a hearing on an ex parte order that was served upon me? I have till monday to request a hearing.. do I just write the judge a letter and request one or do i have to go into full detail as to why i want to request a hearing? Thank You!!

so i got my licese today.
i went to the mall with a friend.
on the way home it started to storm.
i was turning right on red.
another car was turning left..i didnt see it.
i hit her from the side.
there was a dent in her car but she didnt file a report.
she was just like im gunna be nice. etc.
i told my mom.
my dad would be pissed if he found out.
im just really uneasy about it.
i guess i in general feel guilty.
i really dont want her to out of the blue call my insurance co. or something.
idnt even know what she can do.
can someone just in general make me feel better about the situation.
please dont tell me that i am an idiot.
i mean other people wreck too right?

My little brother (14 years old) has a middle-eastern friend (also 14) who has a fairly attractive sister who is 22 years old. They (the middle-eastern family), live right around the corner from my house. My brother's friend (named Irtiza) offered to help hook me up with his older sister. He also mentioned that she wants to meet me. The only problems are that I can't just go over to their house randomly and introduce myself to her. Besides the fact that I'm to old to just "hang out with Irtiza" (I'm 17), it would also be awkward to go there and talk to her for the first time. Their mother is quite protective and some attempts have failed. The family is also straight from Lebanon. Other problems include the age difference (which she (his sister) is not aware of) and my black race (which she is aware of). Any suggestions on how to contact her validly, and introduce myself?
