I went to a fast food drive-thru and got a meal and two drinks that were placed in a cup holder, by the drive thru attendant.

I passed the cup holder, in the way it was given to me, to my passenger.

She placed it in her lap and held it with one hand.

As we proceeded to drive-off. One of the cups fell out of the cup holder, the lid fell off and she received burns to her legs.
Obviously the cup was not secured in the cup holder and the lid may not have been on properly.

Before proceeding with a claim I want to know if any one has had a similar experience. or has direct knowledge of similar claims.

My friend just found 3 abandoned kittens and i fell in love with one of them my friend even let me name her Derdra. the only problem is my parents wont let me keep her. there not cat people. How do i convince them. Im 13 and very responsible. My friend has 3 cats and said she would help me learn to take care of her. My parents are worried they will get the responsiblitys . 2 of my turtles died recently and i dont know how it happen..i dont know wether its the pipe water or the food or anything..my mum said it could be the water,its got chlorine right? are they not suppose to be in that?? my turtle kept opening its mouth(like yawning) and stays at one place and didnt eat at all, their shell are also quite soft or maybe its just bcos its still a baby?? pls help b4 my other turtles dies!!

are you in favor of this, and why or why not.
Does anyone know "why" they are doing this? I mean, what are they planning to do with the money? And will workers have to pay the same amount as visitors do?

Can you imagine yourself on a trip (like maybe north to south) and trying to save time by driving thru the big city only to get hit with this "use" fee.

Ok so here is my scenario...I just got engaged July 24th and we set our date for October 10, 2008. In my opinion, it is too early for me to pick bridesmaids, but I have a general idea of who will be in it. My fiance's brother is in our wedding and he has been dating this girl fror about 2 years. She came up to me yesterday and told me that she is jealous and would not approve if he walked down the aisle with anyone but her...She basically told me she was being in my wedding. I was really calm and told her that I hadn't made any decisions yet, but truly I was really offended. I don't want her to be mad at me, but I don't think she has the right to tell me she is in my wedding. What should I do?

And on top of that, she e-mailed me about 20 minutes later and said :oh yeah and what I was talking to you about I also would like him to sit by me when we eat so I can tell him how handsome he is...


After that I kind of freaked out and told my mom that the hooch wasn't invited @all

Is there a particular dish you always oder every time you go out to eat.

For the first time in forever I went out to eat (to Applebees) and I ordered the shrimp and steak dinner, That is the first time I ordered something different. Every restaurant I go to I order the same thing. Which is buffalo wings. Call me nuts but I love them and I am usually skeptical about ordering anything else because of fear that I might not like it and waste my money. I guess you can call me cheap. lol But anyways I ordered the steak because I had a gift card for my b-day.

I want to get vengeance on a girl I was in love with. We go with the same group of friends and she was one of my best friends. Now she only tries to hurt me by arousing me one day, and ignoring me 5 or getting affairs with other men and telling it all in front of me (knowing my feelings about her).

I have been two years doing almost all that she wanted. Now I hate her so hard. She still hasn't realized of my change of consideration about her. I have already decided to tell my friends to let her away and not take her with us anymore as the first step but...

...I want to ask you, my freinds, ways of vengeance on this fuc**ng bi**h. I still have some of them but I want to know more to do her at least half the harm she has done to me.
