As we all know, they are facing bankruptcy. I am one of the last ones that they offered 100% financing with, and my terms are great, even other mortgages companies told me they cannot beat what Country Wide offered me. So what can happen to my loan if they go bankrupt? Also, should I try to seek financing elsewhere because of this fact?

you know how when you travel inside the US you dont really need a passport,you just need an ID and/or driver's license to get on a plane and go to another state. well is it the same with a person who came to this country legally but didnt leave when their visa expired and is under age..does that person just need a ID to get on a plane?and go somewhere in the united states?

This occured to me today. Hubby came in the house all sweaty and I said, "Eww, honey you stink!" Then although I make a point of smelling nice, even just around the house, sometimes I can get sweaty too. If he told me the same, in the same way, I don't know how I would take it. If the woman in your life was smelling a little raw, out of the ordinary, would you tell her that she had bad odor and how would you tell her?

So I'm planning to get an iguana very soon.
I want my iguana to like me, and I really don't want it to be scared of me. I'm sure some of you people on here have one, and have expierience with them..

Seriously, is drinking a must in society when you reach a certain age? A few of my closest friends respect the fact that I don't drink at all. However, some people seem surprised at the fact that I've never had a drink. The only thing closest to me having a drink was taking sips when I was a little kid, but I was curious, I never had a drink after that. Anyway, I'm turning 21 in a couple of days. I have received questions of me going to the bar and such. I said no, because I don't drink. Some feedback I've received in the past kind of struck me like "You might say that now, but you'll want to." and I say "I doubt that.". Also, some friends of mine say that I could buy drinks for them, but I say "Yes, I'll only buy them for YOU, but I won't drink." and they say "What? You're boring.". Can't people just respect non-drinkers? I simply don't drink because I choose not to. I may have drink in the future, but I don't see it happening, because I don't intend to.

My friends dog is constipated, and very old. She asked me what i should give to her besides taking her to the vet. I used to ride horses and i think we gave them bran when they were constipated...can i do the same thing for a dog??? help please, i dont have much time!!

We are a group of friends helping to care for one of our own who's in hospice care. Is there a scheduling service online that's free that we can share contact infor and click on shifts to sit with her? Seriously, i find people with kids joining the army and leaving their kids for long periods of time. (or worst leaving behind a pregnant spouse) Isnt there a greater responsibility in raising your own kids, than fighting in war? Why not let the single, childless men and women do the fighting. I say, kids come first, they are the biggest responsibility on earth. But why do so many people leave their kids behind? Why risk the fact that those kids may lose their parents? Whats the reasoning behind these parents decisions?

If you admit your false and he forgives you, then you and him are together again.

I want to give tips to all girls out there. Please DO NOT love the man too much, let him love you more than you love him. If you love him too much, when he leaves you, you suffer much more. It's not fair for a woman to suffer over a man. It's fair for a man to suffer over a woman.

Therefore ladies, please marry the man that loves you, not because you love him.

In this case, you're loving him more than he loves you. He doesn't sacrifice his life for you, forget him.

When you cry, and he doesn't do what you want, it means he doesn't love you at all.

Forget him. Find a man that loves and accepts who you are and giving you the freedom of choice.

Love is to give and to take. I make mistake, you forgive me. That's how love is all about.

So ladies, whatever mistake you make, you cry. If they don't do what you want, say bye to them.

I am a full time student and am unemployed, I owe $14,000 and fully intend to pay this as soon as I'm done with school and have sent a letter to them stating my situation. But I just recieved the subpoena and I can't understand half the legal jargan they use, all I could get from it is that they know that I recieved the student loan and are threatening jail time for non payment. I don't know if I should get an attourney or just file bankruptcy. If I lose my student loan I can't finish school, I'm freaking out! help! thanks all

1. Why did we evolve? Why didn't this cell or whatever it is decided to evolve and decided to stop when we are what we are?

2. If we are capable of giving birth to a child why didn't we evolve so that we could live forever. If we can generate a baby then we should be able to refresh all our body parts? To make people die and look like this is a test?

3. Why are there 2 genders, Men and Women? We could evolve so that we could easily breed by ourselves? Or from a Queen Human. Or something else. Is it to form human relations and passion and love and compassion so that this life can look like a Test?

Yesterday my 1 year old carin terrier bit my little brother on the arm and he had to go to the hospital to get stitches. What had happened earlier was my little brother tried scaring my mom and hid behind the couch. He jumped up and made a noise and my dog, Bubba went after him barking, but he didnt bite him. Later on my little brother wanted to get on the couch and Bubba was laying down near it and he was acting all scared and kept his eyes on Bubba, then when he went to get on the couch, Bubba went after him and got him pretty good on the arm. My mom took him to the hospital and b/c it was a dog bite she had to fill out a police report and bubba has to stay in quarentin with us for 10 days before animal control will take him. My mom wont let me keep him, because my brother is so afraid of him. Hes only 8, but he ofcourse blows it way out of porpotion and wont even be around Bubba even when he has a muzzle on so Bub has to stay in his kennel all day. I dont want to put my dog down...
