Yesterday, had to call breakdown out, I put key in ignition but nothing, lights on dashboard came on and startermoter was trying to connect, but nothing. AA came out said battery was dead and to get a new one. Went to Halfords and bought a new battery, took it to my local garage to fit it, cos I couldn't get the clamp off of the old to put in the new. He tested battery and it was only running at 12.46, even with accelerator down, there was no change. He told me normal is 14. Went to car this morning to go into town, turned the key and nothing, completely dead, no lights on dashboard, no electric at all, nothing from the engine. Battery completely flat from brand new. Could this be a possible alternator problem, or am I looking at something more serious? No electrics left on overnight so it wasn't that, but the car clock was still working. Please can anyone shed some light on this situation for me.

I am a spanish boy (from spain) that moved to South America with my family and has been living there for a lot of years. I went to visit north america for one month and got a really bad experience. People treated me really bad, especially black americans. My question is why Americans are so arrogant? You really think your country is the best? Let me tell you, I was disgusted by the ambient in America! I have been to a lot of places in the world, and are much better then America. I think you should change your actitude, because the whole world hates you! You think you can come to South America and rape our countries, destroy everything, and then build a wall in Mexico to prevent us from going there! I cant belive you can degrade so much a nation! I think South America should build a wall to prevent you from comming. I pitty North America, you dont have love or family values as Latin American countries have. Maybe you will be angry, but its true. America should change as a nation.

Recently I ate dinner at a very upscale restaurant. During dinner my child needed a diaper change. I went to the ladies restroom, and there was no place for me to change the diaper! I was forced to either A. place my son on the bathroom floor (which I wasn't going to do), or B. try and hold a wiggling 8 month old in my arms, wipe him, put a clean diaper on, then redress him (which I ended up doing). Now I don't know about you, but this was unacceptable in my opinion, and I won't eat at this restaurant again. (I did email them when I got home and complain as they were very busy and I didn't want to cause a scene in public)

I was just wondering- has this happened to you? Why don't we get together a list of places that DO NOT have diaper change stations (or some adequate and sanitary place for diaper changes) so that we know which places to avoid? It might be nice to know ahead of time which restaurants aren't "baby diaper change" friendly...

All the talk of Global Warming and the O-zone layer have got me thinking, why isn't sunscreen a must have for the people of the world? The number in skin cancer has shot up and people still don't protect themselves from it. I just think it should be a must for all people of the world.
