Help me warn young mothers about the current birthday pary mania! "For warned is for armed!"
I think giving huge, expensive parties EVERY year has become unhealthy for kids and pocketbooks alike.
I recently heard that some schools dictate a policy of inviting everyone in class or no one! Some parents are using the event as a status symbol others don't know how to "buy" out of the cycle.
Am I the only one who thinks this is out-of-hand? Solutions?

i live in the uk, it is a uk product. i have paid for the item to be delivered at a certain date, it didn t arrive and i was told it would then arrive in 6 to 8 weeks, it is now ten weeks, have i any rights to ask for the delivary to be free because they didn t delivar on the date specified?

It's obvious at this point that the September 11th attacts were set up and planned by our government and carried out by foreign intelligence agents. We also know that the bombs were planted inside the WTC and set off shortly after the planes hit the towers. My school is in new jersey and im about to be a freshman...im a safety wit ok-good speed and i hit everything that comes near me...i dont know if my school willl get scouts though...the quarterback on our team is supposed to be better than his brother whos name is Dorien bryant in purdue..i dont know if that helps but do you think a 5-10 137 pound safety will impress anybody?

My wife is already seeing another guy and our divorce will not be final for another 30 days. My wife and I are still very good friends and our divorce will be uncontested. We have a 13 year old daughter that she will have full custody of but I can visit her anytime I want.

What really sucks about this entire situation is I can't confront my wife about seeing that other guy. If I do I fear I'll only upset her and she will make the divorce get ugly. We've already agreed to a child support dollar amount that I'm obligated to. I'd hate for her to change her mind and make me pay the full amount because I pissed her off.

What should I do? Please understand I can CARELESS about her seeing the other guy. We're getting a divorce remember? What I what to know is if I can use this to my advantage in the event my wife wants to screw me over at the last minute. I'm in Texas and we're still legally married. There's is no separation law here.

And why did Fox censor (the event founder) Michelle Dallacroce's comments about the event which were filmed and broadcasted on the morning of the event? (I know Fox is not fair and balance but this is crazy!)

Our home was built in 2005. The previous owner didn't do much to the home, we think it was their intention to flip it. We moved into the home March, 2007. Since we moved in, we've seen the neighbour a couple times and said "hi" but have never exchanged introductions or said anything beyond "Hello".
This weekend, my boyfriend was doing some work in the garage and the neighbour approached him, introduced himself and said that he had the bill for the fence that we share and would like to discuss the payment we owe him. Since we were also on our way out my boyfriend said that we would discuss the matter another time. He wants to tell this neighbour (politely) that because we were not owners of the home when the fence was built and were not involved in any agreements, he has no obligation to pay.
I don't want to make bad relations, this is our first home and we have absolutely no intentions of moving.
Are we obligated to pay for the fence? Any Canadian law that would make us liable?

We are called to be holy in Conversation and in our daily lives, although we are NOT perfect, we can be holy, " I press toward the mark of the hight calling, which is in Jesus Christ our Lord". As we press toward this mark, we are striving toward perfection and Holiness, Don't give up the fight. God said "If i find you so DOING". As long as you try, you are seeking after Holiness.

What does Holiness mean to you? How can you be Holy? Is being Holy important to out daily lives?
