I got the DVD recorder today and am having problems with it. There was a big problem right from the start, I managed to put in the right plugs and get the installing page up but when I scanned the channels, it came up with 0 channels and the background was fuzzy. Since then I connected the cords to my free view box and no change, It dosent seem to have registered my channels. What do you think I'm doing wrong? The screen just goes fuzzy when its on.

I am having trouble with my DVD-RW drive on my laptop. Here's the problem. After inserting a blank dvd or cd in my drive, the drive reads CD drive instead of DVD-RW drive. When I right-click and go to properties, it says it is a dvd-r disc, but it has 0 bytes of free space and 0 bytes of used space. If I double click on the CD Drive, I get a message that says "DLA cannot use this blank media until it has been formatted. Would you like to format this media now?" If I click yes, it tries to format and then gives me a fatal write error.

What does DLA mean? When I checked the driver details i found that the driver was dated 2001. Would updating the driver fix this? If so, how do I update the driver?

im on a diet and have lost over 2 stone but have a way to go still to be where i want to be. however my son is nearly 4 now and i want another baby before he gets to old.
Do you think i sholud wait till i have lost the weight or go a head and start trying for another.
Plus it only took me a month to get pregnant with my son

I had an ultrasound at 17 weeks I very much want to know the sex. The tech zoomed in really close to see if he could tell. There was a small something hanging there but he said it could be a girl because the flaps of skin can hang down early on and they grow into it. but it could also be a boy it was just to soon to tell. I told my sister-in-law about it and she said for sure it was a girl because at this point a boy would have been noticable. The tech told me that you can't tell till 25 weeks but everyone I know has found out at around 19 weeks. Anyone else have this on an u/s.
