Recently I have been trying to purchase a home. One day a man by the name of John Stallings called me at work and told me that he could help me to get financing. I don't have any credit and my score is 619. So it is fairly hard for me to get financed. Once I received a pre-approval letter. I was excited I called my realtor and put a contract in for a home. I took my two kids to see it and they picked out their rooms. Now he is asking me for a due diligence fee of $500.00. I am a single mother and I can't gamble with that amount of money. It may be a reputable company but I just want to know if anyone has dealt with this company before I send the money.

I just bought a new battery for my car. The old batttery is no longer in the car. However, the old battery was in a way that the POSITIVE terminal wire had a screw attachment that screwed into the Positive Terminal of the battery. While the NEGATIVE terminal wire had a clamp attached that would be "clamped" onto the Negative terminal of the battery.

Now the new battery i bought has a Positive and Negative terminal that accepts ONLY the screw attachment version of the terminal wires. The Positive Wire screws in fine. The Negative Wire does not because it was meant for a clamp terminal stub....WHAT MUST I DO TO CONNECT THE NEGATIVE WIRE when the wire only has a clamp like apperatus...Must i buy a new terminal wire or can i buy a specific screw that screws into the battery's Negative terminal hole which then in turn the negative wire can clamp onto it?

Please Help!! I confused!

I was on birth control when this happen but i had an early period on january 12 and it wasnt suppose to come until January 23....it was also longer and i blead more than usual.....but the period still didnt come on the 23 of january. now the other day i blead for 1 day and i also had contnuious cramp all day 3 days before that.? dont get it....i also have been really emotional which isnt normal, trired more, eating more and feeling naseua throughout the day..and bloated even though i am not on my period...are these pregnancy signs?

I've tried everything I know to get my wife to lose weight. I've talked to her, insulted her, told her how sexy other women were, showed her picture of other women to tell her how I wanted her to look and she still doesn't lose the weight. She says she has a hard time bacause she has to have a hysteroctomy in April and doesn't feel like exercizing but I think she's just lazy. Any other suggestions? I'm really thinking about leaving if she don't straighten up.

i have found myself rarley eating and if i ever do i feel i need to get it out of me so i make my self sick i dont want to die or harm myself it didnt start because i wanted to loose weight i wasnt even aware it was happening but now i have lost weight and like that i am slimmer if i eat i feel guilty if that makes sense i feel im no lomger in control more like it controls me friends and family have questioned my weight loss part of me wants to tell them but the other doesnt for fear of hurtimg them or them thinking bad of me i feel so alone and out of control what shoul i do?

Okay, I won the last bet and here's a new one: Can I get a real diamond ring for less than $75? Here are the stipulations:

Every now and then (maybe once a month) my boxer will start to strain and “gulp” for breath. It’s hard to explain, but it’s almost as though his nose is stuffed up and he’s trying to suck in air though his nose really hard, and he strains with his whole body while sucking in through his nose, then he’ll gulp, then he’ll strain again. This can go on for 5 to 10 min.

Now before I get a lot of people telling me to take him to the vet – I already have an appointment on Saturday.

I want to know, from those of you who have Boxers, if you have ever observed similar behavior in your dogs? And do you know what causes it? Is it nothing but a stuffed up nose and the dog is straining to clear his breathing passage? Allergies maybe? Or is it caused by a physical problem – like a deviated septum in humans?

I went to the allergist on Thursday to get new meds because I am trying to have a baby and my regular doc said my current asthma medication was harmful to the baby and I need to try an alternative medicine. I got there at 2:45 to fill out the paperwork and was in the office by 3:20. Not bad at all! I waited about 20 minutes when the nurse came in and asked me a few preliminary questions. She said the doc would be in momentarily. The doctor came in with a lap top, he never made eye contact with me, he asked general questions regarding allergies and such, but never gave me a chance to ask my own questions. I had allergy tests done, they put dots all over your back and they didn't wash it off. At the end of the appt. The doc finally came back and rushed through the end. He gave me a few medicines & sent me on my way. I get to my car and I saw it was 5:45! A get home to try to wash off the marker marks on my back. The worst part yesterday they called me to ask me what meds they gave me!
