I don't believe very many things I'm told - even really simple, straightforward things. On the Yahoo Homepage, there is a photograph of what's been dubbed an "eternal embrace". I have two feelings about this: 1. How is it eternal if they will eventually decompose? 2. I'll bet that picture is fake; it came out way too close to Valentine's Day.

Am I too skeptical?

THe grammer, the commas, everything is correct...
it's using pronouns and prepositions! so some las and les are pronouns, not articles...

They have a package deal right now: 99cents installation.....Digital Phone, Cable, High-Speed Internet. I live in West Houston, is it a good idea to get this package? I currently do not have cable and only have dial-up connection to internet. Is there an alternative company I can go with? My main concern is to get high-speed internet for my new laptop. What do you think the monkey/ape/common ancestor evolved from?

Last night I was talking to someone from yahoo answers on instant messenger and he asked me why do we evolutionists get mad over the use of the word monkey.

I don't think we should, our common ancestor with the apes would look like a monkey to the naked eye, and why argue over the use of the word.

I think one of the more common misconceptions is that of if man came from monkeys why are there still monkeys. This of course is answered with geographic isolationism. But a good follow up would be, where did the monkeys come from?

Someone on their 360 last night blogged about the failure of Evolution is the Darwin Tree of Life being innaccurrate, while I contend the success of science is the flexibity to update that tree.

In my life I've seen several versions.

So, my question, before they were monkeys, and they would appear as monkeys to the naked eye, what were our ancestors?

So, I'm trying to get pregnant. I may be over-zealous. Whenever I go to look what the early signs of pregnancy are, spotting is one of the signs.

How heavy is spotting? Can it look like a normal period? Act like a normal period?

when checking your cervix for ovulation it says your cervix is supposed to feel high and open? what do they mean by OPEN? how open should it be??and is it possible to be ovulating and it seems the cervix is still quite low??? according to the calenders my ovulating time was yesterday and today could they be off a little bit? not sure how accurate they are???

ok so, i was sitting down talking with my firends saying that i found a spider in my shower this morning. and then a guy next to me said, well i guess spiderman can't take a bath then because he'd drown before he could get out. i didnt' really hear him and said, yeah well i've only really seen the first half of the movie. and then everyone started laughing but i just didnt' get what they were laughihng abuot so i just kind of smiled. and then i asked, what aer you laughing about? and then they had to explain to me taht they were laughing because what they said had nothign to do with the movie!!! :-P woops

Say someone has too much to drink and his responsible buddy takes the keys and decides he will be better suited to drive home. The car is insured by the passenger, the driver is insured on his own vehicle, but not the passanger's vehicle; if they get into a car accident and the driver is at fault, whos insurance (if any) covers the collision? Would it change if someone lent their car to a friend and weren't actually in the vehicle?
