Suppose I told you that I love Tibetans, and when you come to my house you find one spayed and another in a cage.

And then you open my refrigerator and find pieces of dead Tibetans all in sauce and sandwiches.

Would you say that I am indeed a friend of Tibetans?

Of course, humans and animals cannot be compared on equal levels, but I do hope you see the inconsistencies in my claim.

BTW: I have nothing against Tibetans. . .I never met a Tibetan I didn't like. . .in fact, I never met a Tibetan.

Now that we are right here at the top of the holiday season, I was thinking. After I get my gifts what is the proper way to say thanks. I remember being a child and my parents had me fill out thankyou cards and mail them. But in todays day and age of electronics is an email just as good? Does it depend on whom you are thanking? I am curious to see who can give me the best answer and best explanation as to why they think that way.

I received a crochetted shawl-type garment for Christmas, but I'm unsure as to how to wear it. It is a one piece oblong shape, folded over at the top. One side is completely open, while the other is closed, with the exception of a smallish hole (more armhole size, not neckhole.) There is fringe at the bottom. It would not be symetrical if I wore it as a typical shawl/poncho, and would have the seem running up the front.

Any tips would be EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you!

Why is the bible so hypocritical? Didn't Moses kill a man, then was a fugitive. He ran away from his sins and then he meets God (burning bush). God speaks to him and says he will lead his people (Jews) out of Africa (Egypt). Why is he chosen, why not someone who didn't murder?

Next we have Mohammed who is also considered a chosen one. He is a Muslim not a Christian, but he marries a Christian. Why? Shouldn't he have married a Muslim... When you think of it Christians and Muslims should be side by side, not at eachothers throats.

I am extremely interested in human sexuality, especially that concerning deviance from the social sexual norms. I want to ask people online and in-person about fetishes, paraphilias, etc. but I realize these are embaressing and awkward subjects to talk about with a complete stranger.

I would like to know if the phrasing of the question is important. Is casual better than proffessional?

Would a stranger asking you questions from the get-go be too forthright?

How would you like to be approached?

I would like to ask why it is illegal for women and men that are of age to get paid for sexual functions? I say that as long as the partners are of age and consent and of course are deemed disease free their should be no reason they should not get paid for services.
