I'm in Canada and I have joined my school soccer team. The coach has seen how good I am and has sent me on the Vancouver soccer team. I just wanted what I should do to become a professional soccer player. Where should get noticed? Where should I find scouts who can help me get into MLS and then get transfered to Europe for higher levels. How should I keep my dreams alive? I'm in grade 10 of high school and already I was asked to join the Vancouver Soccer Team because they have seen a lot of potential in me.

is it not wastage of time, money and precious manhours of a soldier in doing parade......some of the parade done in army are followed more as a ritual like gaurd of honour, by reducing the number of parade done by these soldiers, the manpower can be utilised effectively.

My mom's sister past away last sunday, my mom hated her. they have only talked once in my life (i am 37). my mom is really upset i didn't take time off work to go to the funeral. I had never met her. i love my mom and wouldn't do anything to upset her, but come on how is a guy supposed to know this would mean so much to her? my mom has never been a very emotional person.

Why is it that 99% of the people who watch UFC are completly clueless to what PRIDE is? Recently at my school I have been notcing people barley ever heard of PRIDE yet they claim they have encyclopedia knowledge of MMA fighters and matches. Yes I am a PRIDE fan over UFC, but atleast I watch them both and have a good knowledge of both organizations. It's kind of funny because when I tell people I like PRIDE fighting they would respond something like "REALLY? MAN UFC FIGHTERS WOULD DOMINATE PRIDE", I even informed them about the heavy weights in PRIDE and Fedor Emelianenko and 99% of the people I tell them to they think Chuck Liddell would knock out Fedor first round. Why do all UFC fans think that PRIDE fighters are weak? When I tell people that Fedor or some other PRIDE champion dominates they usually think they are winning because they are crappy fighters. Even UFC fighters admit that some PRIDE fighters are very good. So why is all so called "MMA experts" so oblivious to MMA?

i got my computer in july. its a compaq presario i think 5000 series or something. my comp is always plugged in, but when i need to use it outside of my house, the battery only last about an hour when fully charged... do i need to get a new one? is there a way that i can get a longer lasting one?? when school starts up again, i wouldnt want my comp to die during class!!

I(22) have been living with my boyfriend(23,German) of 2 years in Germany and well I told him I was a virgin and waiting until I got married, and when I told him he started laughing like it was some joke ?! He gets upset when I tell him NO and he says that most people my age lost there virginty a long time ago and that it is embarrising to still be a virgin at my age, so my questions are:

1.Is he telling the truth ?
2.Do people in Germany generally find virginity to be an embarrising thing ?
