I read that you should fill your vehicle's fuel tank up on colder days as opposed to warmer days b/c on colder days the density of the gasoline is higher thus u get more gasoline (mass) per volume (gallons). That seems reasonable but how much of a difference would it really make? (eg how much more dense is it say at 10 deg. F as opposed to 60 deg F.) I tried to research this a bit and now I am also wondering what the difference is between 'winter grade' gasoline and 'summer grade' gasoline??

I know this question has been asked a million times but I have always bought a car/financed and I feel like I always get burned. Cars depreciate so quickly unless you have a Toyota or Honda.

It makes me sick to think I owe $2000+ more than the car is worth and soon it will have 100,000 miles.

I only drive 12,000/yr and am planning on leasing a vehicle for 15,000 just to be safe. Please someone tell me why buying will be a better choice because I am set to begin a lease soon.

I work in a grocery store. As a taxpayer it is hard not to get upset at what I see people using their food stamps for. I see people buy 40.00 birthday cakes, sub sandwiches that the deli makes to order,crab legs and shrimp that cost 10.00 or 15.00 a pound. Worse yet, they buy 2 lbs of crab legs for 30.00 and then make their kids live off of ramen noodles! Am I the only one who sees something wrong with this picture? Isn't a 40.00 birthday cake excessive? The subs cost 8.00 each and for 8.00 you can buy a lb of lunchmeat and a loaf of bread. For 30.00 you can feed a family of 4 a healthy meal like chicken and rice and a salad instead of forcing your kids to eat noodles that are high in fat and low in nutrients. I even saw a lady buy over 100.00 in deli platters. I don't care how people spend their money, but when they use their food stamps on frivolous things, they are wasting my money and yours. I work hard for a living, only to watch people abuse the system on things I do without.

One day a young polar bear is walking around, acting like something is bothering him..Finally, he stops and asks, "Mom, am I really a polar bear?" The mom replies, "Why, of course you are son, why do you ask?" "Just wondering, " he says...
A few days later, the boy is acting the same way, and his father asks what's wrong. The boy asks, again "Dad, are you sure I am 100% polar bear, and not a mix breed or something?" Of course the father says, "Yes, why?" "Oh, nothing" the baby polar boy replies....
Another few days passes by, and the baby polar bear can't stand it anymore, so he confronts both of his parents, and asks, "Mom, Dad, are you sure that all my grandparents, and their parents, and so on, are 100% full breed polar bears??!" Both parents reply "Yes son, why do you keep asking this??"
The baby polar bear replies, "Because I am FU**ING FREEZING!!!!!

we dated last winter break for a month.he was 21 I was 23.I was his first g/f.I had just gotten out of my first real relationship which was with my bi polar best friend.He was abusive n it screwed me up.we were still hanging out while I went out with George(George knew about him).I also was on the birth control patch.I found out that if it peels that its not working.I had it on my hip and it ALWAYS peeled,so my hormones/emotions were messed up.We made out 4 an half an hour intensely(his first kiss ever).then he was more tense.took me home early.he was confused(mind racing a mile a minute).I huged him goodbye and then kissed him on the lips,he used his tounge and I backed away"I don't think we should do this cuz I don't wanna confuse you" I think that's what made him not call me cuz he thought I was 2 emotional 4 him.I'm not friends with Josh anymore and I am on new b.c pills so I am stalbe and happy and just want to hang out with Geroge again and explain 2 him n c where it goes.

I'm in luv with her we r so close emotionally up until 2 days ago u couldnt tear us apart then all of a sudden something goes wrong in her life and she starts acting distant. I ask is it me she said no, i tell her im not going anywhere unless she wants me 2 she says if thats what she wanted she would tell me, she says sometimes we have to go through things alone what is she tellin me, should I give up on our love even though it was jus a couple days or should i give her space and pray we come out on top , somebody help I really love her whats going on with her?

My boyfriend & I are in a pickle over the Santa present thing w/ our 4 yr old. I think that almost all of the presents should be from Santa - probably 75% of my presents were from Santa, 25% were from my parents when I was younger. My boyfriend thinks that only the best/most expensive present should be from Santa & the rest should be from us - very few of his presents were from Santa when he was younger. So, we are wondering how the majority of you do this. On Christmas morning, how many presents are from Santa & how many are from you?
