Ok ..

My paypal account got limited for what I don't know. The problem is, it got limited with a buyer's MONEY inside, and there is no way to get it out, not even refund it to the buyer.

They ask me to resolve like 7 condtions before they restore access to my account. I already completed 3, but some of them seem impossible.

First of all, i've had more then one PP account. I can't confirm my social security number cause only one PP account may have the same ssn, and so obviously that's not going to work. Impossible.

Secondly, HOW am I supposed to "provide proof of shipping" when the money is locked in paypal and I haven't shipped it yet? am I supposed to ship the item while paypal has the funds held hostage? I don't think so.

So the funds are locked in the PP account with no way to get them out .. how am I supposed to get the buyers money back to them?

What do I do?

HOW can I know if someone's just making me jealous because he loves me?
WHEN is the time I have to say my feelings?
WHAT am I going to do if he's just making me jealous? and WHAT am I going to do if I thought that he loves me, but it's not.

I have quite broad shoulders and average-size arms. So would it be recommended to do some weight exercises (2-2.5kg weights on 1kg bar)? I'm afraid I'll be building up more mucles contributing to a wider shoulder and larger arms!

I've pretty good grasp of the english language, but I find it very difficult to chat informally with people. I am okay discussing technical stuff with my colleagues.

But when it comes to socilaizing I don't have the nececssary fluency ? What would you recommend to improve fluency in english ? Any books ,websites would help ?

BTW, I am living in US. Are there any groups I can attend to improve my fluency ?

I need to find a free people search site to find my ex-husband. I have tried a number of supposed to be free sites, but they want anywhere from 15 to 50 dollars and they really don't guarentee they have creditable info. My ex-husband owes me alot of child support and has no contact with our 8 year old son. The child support division has basically told me that it is up to me to find him, and if I can't find him, there's nothing that can be done. I believe that my son has a right to know where his daddy is and he deserves a little something from him. I have been trying to collect child support since Feb 2002 and I have collected 600 dollars from him that he has paid and 1000 dollars they deducted from taxes. He supposed to be paying 200 a month. He always runs from the police, he hides and is basically getting away with it and I believe my son deserves more. But I can't locate him..If anyone has any ideas let me know....Thanks.
