I have stopped hanging around with a group of people where I live but they still hang in the hallway part on the stairs ,what should I do?If I answer the door they might start trouble with me and there are loads of them.They only bring trouble to my place and take advantage of my shy persona because they know that I am vulnerable.

Which ingredients are used to start with? Please don't say "cellulose" or "vegetable magnesium stearate" or "dicalcium phosphate". someone who is quite, nerdy and doesnt have much demand .. people think i'm taking advantage of the man ??? i mean i dont like a rowdy or talkative or hot tempered coz i already am on the hot tempered side..

Is there some bodily function that shuts down in old age because old people seem to always be talking about bowel movements and taking Metamucil. Is there anything we can do at an earlier life stage to help with this trouble?? I don't want to be discussing my bowel movements when I'm 80. :)
