In May 2006, I weighed about 161 pounds, I got down to 127 by September. I had to start eating more as I am an athlete that needs to have energy to practice and play. Unfortunately I used this as an excuse to eat crap and a lot of it. Basically, I have definitely let myself go, and I'm hating myself about it right now. I have tried to start Atkins Induction, but end up sabotaging the diet at around 3, 4pm. I'm hungry, yes, but I've been overeating to the point where I tip the scale at back up at 145 pounds. I really need to relose 20 pounds. I'm hoping to achieve this before the new year so I that my resolution can be to STAY healthy. If this can be done before Christmas that would be even better. Tomorrow I'm going to restart Induction again, hopefully with more luck than before. I really need to get back down to around 125, and any help would be so greatly appreciated, even a mere word or two of encouragement would go a long way. Thank you.
