I Have been practising martial arts for 6 months but need to be a lot more flexible. I stretch everyday with little results. What would be the most effective method of stretching ?

I have dyed & hightlighted my hair twice, the conditional of my hair is worsen. Now everytime i shampoo my hair, it will get all tangled up. There was once i tried to comb my hair without conditioning it. My comb break! (cos my hair was to rough and got tangled up) I have use pantene and herbal essence. Both did not work well. Anyone can help me solve my bad hair days?

Now listen...this guy is the SEXIEST man I have ever seen in person. REALLY...I MEAN THIS! We went out, had a wonderful time. He opened doors 4 me, held my hand, had his arm around me, rubbed the top of my leg while sitting next to me. Then upon ending the night, grabbed me and with the SOFTEST LIPS...he LET ME HAVE IT! Jokes are only racist if they are aimed maliciously at a real person, not a fictitious 'little boy'.
