I live in Maine and am starting my own small business from my home. I need to file a DBA (Doing Business As) Trade Name. I was told to register at my county clerk's office, but there doesn't seem to be one! I live in Kennebec County in Maine.

I am a 23 year old male and usually wear American Eagle, Old Navy and similar brand clothes. I feel like I am getting a little old for these brands and was hoping for some brands out there that are similar in quality and price, but have a little bit of an older customer base. When I use my skates, the bearings slow down very often. I think the problem is that dirt gets into the bearings and the lube I'm using (WD-40) wears out quickly. I am thinking about using a silicone based grease on the ball bearings. Is that okay? Is there any other type of lubercant that you recommend that is high performance?
