Why does 'speaks to' replace 'speaks of'?

I have a coworker who does not like me. It's not the other way around. People have told me that she's had several problems with other coworker throughout the year. It's been a continuous issue with this particular person. I'm not sure why she doesn’t care for me but it's gotten so ridiculous that she almost daily complains about me to my supervisor and when I explain why I handled a situation in the way I did, 99% of the time it's obvious that she's just creating drama. I work in a very professional environment and for the most part ignore her rants. I do my job and get along with everyone else. In the morning I say good morning to her despite her everyday ignoring me. I can honestly say I've done nothing to her. Other people have suggested a possible emotional problem since this has been an issue with other people as well. They want me to have a sit down with her and get our feelings out. I think this is ridiculous. How do I approach this without looking uncooperative?

Whenever I use this short cut to bring up the window from which I can stop any particular operation which is currently going on in my computer, nothing happens. I do not see the little window which is suppose to give me the options on what I'd want to do so as to either close a program reboot or shut down my PC. How can ths be resolved? Also, the time I set for Standby and the on set of a screen saver is never respected. Why? I have Windows 2006 installed on my machine a Pentium IV with 520Mb RAM; 80Gb HD and 2.8MHz Frequency.

ok one of my gfs kinda acts like she likes this guy sometime but isnt really sure if she does or not. she just gives him mixed signals. he is a friend of my boyfriend . i think last week she was getting interested cause she was asking about him and gave her his number . i brought around another one of my gfs to see if she liked this other guy but she ended liking the one that my other friend gave her number too. my boyfriend told him and he said he is interested cause my other friend is acting weird again not returning calls . i dont know if i should hook them up. my loyalty is more to the first gf , the one with the mixed signals but at the same time she is weird with him and i know this one likes him, what should i do ? and btw i know this sounds like i'm young but we are in our early 20's , its just a weird situation for me and it seems kinda high school but my gfs can be kinda high school sometimes if you know what i mean :0)

Im getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow, but i have a little cough. Its a dry cough and i only have it for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. But theres a chance it could open up the sores in my mouth when trying to heal. If i rescheduale it, it wont be until another month. What do u think?
