I'm just too busy with all kinds of stuff. Mostly work. I barely have time to interact with my friends and colleagues at all. I only interact with them when it comes to work/business. I hardly have time to talk to them about personal stuff and other things.

I'm the "work before pleasure" kind of person. Without communication between me and my friends & colleagues, I feel kind of left out. It's like I'm all alone and there's no body there for me when I need them.

So, how can I manage my time efficiently so that I have time to interact with my friends? There's just too much work for me and I'm always busy. "Prioritizing" what needed to be done would mean I have to work and only work all the time... Please help...? I really need to spend some time with my friends...

The majority of people simply believe what they are told, follow the company line, let others think for them. They do not own the position they hold, but hold it for others. They would rather not rock the boat of their peers. They have not seriously thought through and struggled to come to a sensible conclusion about their beliefs. If they would they would see the common sense of a Biblical world view.

I get panic for everything in life. In school I panic while doing exams even if that Q is simple . I even panic when taking with others (even boys).I panic when I loose something or misplace something. If i am late I panic, even when I speak I panic.When I do sports I get panic even to kick a ball or hit a shuttle or when I am dribbling I panic. I have heard almost everyone I know that

2.Do your exams fast or slow
3. Take a deep breath
4. Relax
5. Practise
6. Do Yoga
