I've had many relationships, from casual flings to long term live in girlfriends, but I've always gone astray one way or another, yet I never had any problems finding girls.
Now I have genuinely changed, I have cleaned up my act, calmed down alot, got rid of a business that took all my time, moved away from London, I now still have one business but it's involved in charity work, for the first time I'm looking to settle with one special person, but, although I haven't tried too hard, there doesn't seem to be any interest, is it because I've changed or is it a case of what goes around comes around?

i loaned a sum of money (5 figures) to a friend 3 years ago and despite him signing a letter agreeing to pay me back monthly (this was last October!) i have not received a penny despite numerous emails, telephone calls and personal conversations.. it has been suggested by another friend that i 'sell' the debt to a debt recovery agency... is this a good idea? i would be grateful for any suggestions

The ubiquitous recycling bins are everywhere.
I have to go past a huge line of them to the supermarket where everything is over-packaged (i normally walk to the shops for simple groceries). I think some recycling schemes don't make sense because we have to support fleets of lorries collecting the stuff and burning fuel and creating pollution etc.
Surely it would more make more sense to try and think of not producing the stuff in the first place.
Go to any third world country to see really efficient recycling (I am not advocating the methology).
