He is handsome and a very nice man, and he looks at me when his wife is not watching. He meets me on the road some days and invites me to a cafe for coffee and we chat for hours. when i slipped once he caught me and held me for a long time. i think of him all the while.

I began having serious cases of hives last February. I had an allergy test that came back negative (as in no allergies). I went to an holistic doctor in the states while there on vacation in March. He gave me several different pills (vitamins and such) and they immediately vanished! However they started back up again a week or two ago, and nothing seems to help!

Well first off I had no ideo where to put this so I just put it in other-society and culture

The dutch government is currently appearantly so desperate that they are bothering me in this way. She does it under a false name - claiming to be a therapist at the GGzE.
