Will we ever see another Teddy Roosevelt, a politician who really cared about and represented the people. As we have come into a era of concentrated powers, which Teddy saw as the most dangerous threat to democracy, can the people recover the power from the "one percent?" Should a small minority control the power? Why?

For the summer I have stayed up till 6 am and went to sleep and woke up anywhere from noon till 2 pm. I have to go back to school the 26th and I need help going back to my normal slepping pattern
(go to sleep at 2 am and wake up at 6:30). Should I wwake up at 10 or 11 am on the 25 or take some kind of medication.

3 years ago my friend was invited to a party. when the party was over some guy wanted to give her a ride home.and in car he had a bottle of Pepsi, he offered her some pepsi, when she drank it she fell asleep. he took her to his place and raped her.
she discovered that next day when she felt pain in the morning and it was her 1st time to have sex, she figured it out.
unfortunately, my friend didn't tell her family about it, and she lost all conacts with that guy who lives in another country but was there for the summer time.
how do u think my friend should have act?
and what kind of ppl is that guy?

following my in law's order, i feed 2-3 ounce water in be5tween every feed, add 2 ounce h2o to 1 scoop milk instead of 1 ounce one scoop like the formula instructed..n add glucorin to every feed of water so she will finis her drink. btw, my baby is 5 mths old. is wat i do good or bad?

Ok, I love the work that I Do and the place that I work at.. It's close to home and the people here are a joy..
But I don't think I'm getting paid what I am worth.. I'm barely scraping by each week, and now petrol is on the rise and rent and food, but my wage has been the same for ages.. I asked my boss for a raise and he said he would give me one.. then he didn't?? I asked him what that was about and he said he will give me one in maybe 3 mnths when the budget shifts?? I really feel as if I am worth it a try my best at work and rarely make mistakes..What should I do... I just want enough to get by and feel like I'm being valued..(even though the boss tells me this I want to see it) I dont need to make a ridiculous amount of money or anything like that I think what I'm asking for is reasonable.. P.S. Ive been at this company for 4 years..

registered as canadian immgrant in august 2005. move back to mauritius to get investment in order to come back to canada. Money is taking time to mature. i will not be able to get all my money for investment in canada by august 2008, by that time my i woulld be disqualify as a canadian immigrant. i want to conserve my rights as a canadian resident and though i am out of canada i want these days spent outside canada be counted towards my eligibility for citizenship.
