I finshed Uni about a year ago now and even though I've had a 9 - 5 for a lot of the time since, I'm still in "student mode" i.e;

don't get tired till 4 in the morning
struggle to wake up in time for work
am half asleep all day long
sleep almost all weekend
still can't see the point in making my bed
detest washing up
still think Family Guy and the Simpsons are the funniest thing since Blackadder
etc

I was just wondering how long other people have been in this sort of half-student half-grownup state and when it normally wears off, if indeed it does ever at all.

A Newfoundlander enters his favorite ritzy restaurant in Toronto and while sitting at his regular table, he noticed a gorgeous woman sitting at a table nearby....all alone.


He calls the waiter over and asks for their most expensive bottle of Merlot to be sent over to her - knowing that if she accepts it, she is his.


The waiter gets the bottle and quickly sends it over to the girl, saying this is from the gentleman. She looks at the wine and decides to send a note over to the man. The note read: "For me to accept this bottle, you need to have a Mercedes in your garage, a million dollars in the bank, and 7 inches in your pants."


After reading the note, the Newfoundlander sends one of his own back to her and it read: "Just so you know - BMW 850iL, and a Mercedes 560SEL are in my garage; plus I have over 10 million dollars in the bank. But -- not even for a woman as beautiful as you, would I cut off two inches. Just send the bottle back."

I have two outdoor buildings, one used for bins and other for electric & gas meters. I am planning to put the combi boiler in the bin outdoor building. These two adjacent outdoor buildings are still connected to the house via a porch, so all pipes will be covered & indoors. I am not fitting the combi in the kitchen as I do not have much room and also kitchen is at front of house and flue would be over the front door. Whereas the flue in the outdoor building would not.

A woman goes to Mozambique to attend a 2-week, company training session.
Her husband drives her to the airport and wishes her to
have a good trip.
The wife answers : "Thank you honey, what would you like

The husband laughs and says: "A Mozambican girl !!!"
