sometimes when people get bored they ask a question that dosent make sense or isnt exactly a question and sometimes people ask a question about something that someone else might not like for example: i asked how much it would cost to get a tatoo for my boyfried and i got answers like tatoos are dumb, i didnt ask for an opinion on tatoos i asked for a estimate price... so my question is, if you know your answer isnt what the person is asking, why post it? and if the question dosent make sense to you, why waste time answering it when your just gonna be telling them its a stupid question in your answer?

In the next few days approaching, they schedule me for a Psychiatric evaluation for a position as a Correctional Officer. As you probably may be familiar with the complicated phases of obtaining a law enforcement position. I already passed my background check, interview (that was intense, 5 personnel in a small room interviewed me, and the questions were mostly targets at my past )
and I still have to pass my psychiatric & physical.

My question to you is, if you went thought the hiring process . . . During this phase with the doctor, what kind of questions he or she might ask? How do I conduct myself? I know you have to be yourself, but I heard from a friend that during this phase, you must be very carefully of how you say your responds. For an example, the doctor might ask you, Have you even get mad? Now . . . I know everyone to get mad at one point of their lives and I would answer yes. Nevertheless, that is not the favorable responds, and could work against you.

It is this type of questions that have me worry a bit. According to researches, they said mind doctors think very complicated. They do not think normally. If a person says, I like to eat apply.... they translate that as . . . I like to suck whatever . . . If you say A, and you really mean a they see Z.

What should I do? I really want to get this job. Any advises?

Ok, well here in SoCal every once in a while I notice a girl or young lady wearing sweats or other pants and it has a word across the butt. I guess this means it is ok for us male perverts to look at her butt and read her ***. So I got the idea of coming out with a line of mens pants and sweats with a word across the croutch to produce a similar effect on ladies- to let ladies know it is ok to read our croutches. Do I have a million dollar idea or what?

Quantum physics suggests that as the ultimate observer that I decide my own future, have decided my past and determine by my own actions in the present, that i somehow by my very thoughts can control my life and my environment to some degree. It seems strange to me that when you pray to a god of some sort and nothing happens,( this seems rational because there is no god), Isn't prayer a way to control your own environment and life? So why does nothing happen if what Quantim Physics suggests is true?Is it what we are praying for or who we are praying too that may make a difference? Could this explain the phenomenon that is called "religious experience". Could a "religious experience" itself actually be Quantum Physics at work and if so, how do we diseminate this knowlege to people who continue to believe in supersticion?

How come my homemade chicken soup comes out too oily all the time? Any recipes, tips, ideas? Can I still fix this oily soup or do I need to start a new batch? Some people told me to use flour to make it creamy(almost like a gumbo or chowder)..What is True or Not...HELP!!!!

And I didn't add any oil, I used chicken on the bone and Yes, I know Chicken on the bone is oily when cooked...just help if you can please.

I''m a recovering alcoholic and and have no social life anymore. I don't think I will ever get over my ex-girlfriend unless I start dating someone else.

I've been going to meetings for 3 years but I have still yet to find a single close friend. Lots of people know my name, but I've never been invited to a party or asked out for coffee.

I've tried MATCH.COM and another site, but I always get the same answer, sometimes immediately. Either women:

1. Just don't want to date anyone that's a recovering addict/alcoholic.

2. Don't want to date anyone that doesn't drink.

I was just hoping someone could tell me why?

I'm 45, single, live alone and a pretty nice guy. Women in recovery generally don't date men in recovery. I don't think i'll ever find a wife.

It's been a few years now, and I find myself so lonely that I think of suicide alot.

My question is, since I can't seem to meet anyone by telling the truth, should I just lie about my alcoholism?

This guy who was trying to date me was always bragging about the big house with a pool that he lives in. He's never been married, brags about how much money he has, was always giving me small amounts of money- a ten here, a twenty there. Well, when the topic of starting a relationship came up, he said that since he lives so far away, the only way that we can be together is if he moves in with me (in the projects). Why would he "rent out" a fabulous house to come stay with me in the projects? I'm trying to go to his castle but he wants to come live in the village with me. What's wrong with this picture?
