do workouts help? if not am then am ready to experiment pills or even shots to shoot up to an inch or two or three maybe!!. please suggest something before i run outta my growing age or....have i? ( and no! i hate wearing heels!)

i have a mazda 626, i stopped at a gas station, it wouldnt start. no clicking no nothing. The battery seemed to be working fine, the phone was still charging and the radio/headlights/etc were working and did not dim. Is this definately a starter problem. If so how much does a starter normally cost (with a mechanic doing it) and how long do mechanics normally take to do it?

We installed a 4 foot chain link fence 1 year ago. We have 2 small boys and have been seeing coyotes near the fence. We are looking for a way to add some height to the fence to feel alittle more secure. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated! We are trying to NOT have to rip out the fence and put up a new one.
