I'm wanting advice from anyone that has ever gone from a normal weight physique (about 18-20% body fat) to lowering their body fat percentage to about 12%. I am a male that currently weights 170lbs. and am 6' 0" tall. I work out or do cardio 5/7 days a week. Just want to know what the recommended intake for things such as fat, saturated fat, calories, protein, carbs, etc....

NOT looking for the same ol recommended daily intake grams and percentages based on a 2000 calorie diet that you'll find on any nutritional label.

After we build this Giant wall between mexico and the US, we should then build a giant wall between Canada and the US because, and i know it's hard to believe, but immigrants come through those borders too, we should also biuld a big wall around the pacivic, carebian, and atlantic so immigrants don't come in through there either. Funny how immigrants come from many different races and countries but mexicans are the only scapegoat, i think it's a race issue.

Okay I already posted this question once but due to people's responses I have decided to repost with more accurate information. I am currently attending a Bible college because I believe God has called me to become a youth pastor. I have been working 40 hours and sometimes more in order to pay for my school bill. However, the bill is becoming a lot more than I can possibly make. So I had this idea to start asking churches to support me. The plan is to start with local churches asking each individual from each congregation to give me just one dollar. As soon as I acquire a couple hundred dollars I would then use that money to send out dvds to churches asking them to also support me by each individual giving me a dollar. I would use a blog to update my supporters and the money would be sent to my local church who would then send it directly to my school in the form of a scholarship that can only be used for school related expenses. Do you think it could work? One dollar from 20,000?

Being choosy I want my girl friend to be as qualified and as good looking as me. I am having trouble finding girlfriend as, being single ever in my life, I expect the same from someone I am looking as girlfriend.
