Since my cats are outdoor mainly, and thus exposed to fleas and ticks, this needs to be something that really works! (They also come into our garage and basement--then when they leave, WE get the fleas!!!) I've been using typical flea preventative--Biospot--but I would like to stop using pesticides on my cats.

How do you deal with a 4 yr old's anger?

My neice was 'mistreated' by a family member who lives in her neighbourhood. My sister, in conjunction with taking the necessary legal action, decided to move for the sake of her daughter.

Although my neice is happy they're moving, she's acting up and lashing out and is very angry with her mum.

She has a right to be angry, she was hurt, and now her life is being turned upside down, but what are some ways we can counter the bad behavior and feelings of irrational rage?

My neice has been paired with a counsellor and her therapy will begin soon. In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas as to how we can address the sensetive and deep seeded issues of anger, resentment and fear that she seems to be experiencing?

Guy Problem?

I have known this guy since I was a freshman in high school(now I am 22). In high school him and I had a crush on each other but never did anything about it. He is the type of person that is touchy feely.

anyways he moved back home and now he wants to date me and everything. However for some reason I just can't get myself to let him. And I have no idea why. He is a nice guy and I trust him completely, basically with my life. I am not the touchy feely type of person, not the type where I need someone to hang all over me. He likes to do that. Maybe that is why it's stopping me from dating him.

If this makes any sence please let me know and give your opinion on what I should do or whatever.

I can't lead him on just yet cuz I have a blind date next friday. I can't tell him about it either cuz then he would get upset.

Do you think if Politicians had to send their loved ones over to Iraq that this war would be still be going on

If all the politicans family members were sent to Iraq, How long do you think this war would be going on for. I bet they would have pulled our troops by now. Especially if one of their own got hurt or killed.

Gift for my Brother?

My brother recently confided in me that he is a cross dresser i am ok with that and actually feel that we are clsoer now i certainly prefer "her" much happier and relaxed person than "him". Has anyone noticed that strawberries don't taste as nice as they used to?

SO, I have a question for you guys?

I was allowed to shave my legs right before 7th grade and get my ears pierced at age 13. My sister has been bothered about her legs and my mom decided that she could, if she would agree to get her ears pierced when she was 14. Now, my mom also said this. When my sis got her period, she could get her ears pierced. It was offered to me too, but my birthday came before it. Is it fair? Should I ask my mom if I will get rewarded too? I tried talking to her, but that did not work. Help!
