He had gunk in his ear, but the vet did not find mites. She cleaned it out really well, and it helped for a few days, but now he's scratching it again. Any ideas??

We are subject to IR bills and anti freedom laws like never before. Bush, Blair and Howard are the worst leaders we have had in 200 years. The coalition of the willing! War mongers deluxe! Our respective peoples are going begging to satisfy some political right wing ideal. Our peoples are subject to lack of freedom. democracy and fairness like never before. The so called war on terror is causing a world of hurt and is acheiving very little.Terrorism is the result of decades of divisive foreign policy from the west. What is your stance on all this?

we recently were given a new director for our ER. the only candidate for the job and a charade of an interview process-given questions ahead of time. Boss wanted this person in spite of numerous warnings not to do it.
Now this person is wreaking havoc in the department ,treating professionals like children, clling at all hours of the day and night, interrupting doctors and nurses in the middle of patient care to take care of her issues. Is literally clueless because she has no ER or critical care experience. she's only been on the job 2 weeks and already people want to quit, including the manager. senior managemen doesn't want to hear it because then the decision maker to hire her will look bad. what can we do go above the decsion makers head? or quit our jobs. she has to go!!!

Shrimp and Ginger Stir-Fry

Serves 4; Prep time: 30 minutes; Total time: 30 minutes
This stir-fry is good with cooked rice, or try it over a bed of shredded Napa cabbage.

3 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

coarse salt and ground pepper

1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined medium shrimp, tails removed

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 red bell peppers, seeds and ribs removed, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

3. Add remaining tablespoon oil to pan; cook bell peppers and white parts of scallions over medium-high heat, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

4. Whisk reserved sauce; pour into pan, and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until thickened, 1 minute. Add shrimp and green parts of scallions; stir until coated with sauce, 30 seconds more. Serve immediately.

I'm going on a road trip in the near future and I'd like to visit some haunted sites. I'm going from MS to VA and stopping in GA and TN going back and forth. If you know of any good haunted locations in these states please tell me. I'll be in Virginia beach most of the time and I'll be visiting Savannah, GA for a couple of days and I'll have a short stay in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Thanks :)

My dad who is an american citizen petitioned for me while being a US resident. The petition was approved. 10 years later I came to the US and contacted the embassy (in Dec 2005) which gave me all the forms to be filled costing me $1200. I filled the forms on March 2006 and submitted the $1200. in fees to the american embassy. I was called to do Biometrics which I did in April and this week was called in to an interview. I was told my approved petition was revoked in Dec 21,2005 because I got married three years ago therefore I am now inelligible to recieve the green card. The US Immigration revoked my approved petition in Dec 21,2005 and recieved and cashed checks for my greencard in March 2006. I pointed this out to the supervisor at the USCIS a Ms. J. Sheldon who said that I won't be getting my money back , there is no way. This is robbery and fraud. Where or Who do we go to in a time like this when the Crime is being committed by a department of State?

We have a 17month old, so we aren't sure where we could take him and have an enjoyable time. We were thinking the beach, maybe FL - we are in OH now. Maybe a kid-friendly resort even? Any suggestions out there? I'm also in my 2nd trimester. Thanks

The argument started because he painted his fingernails black and we asked him to remove the colour before school started the following day. He refused and said that it was cool to have black Gothic look. It may be so but not for school

So after a heated argument, he left home. He said he wanted to do some soul searching. It has been 3 days. He kept in touch though, through calls and MSN and has just asked if he could come home.

When he does, how should we receive him so that he will not think we are "weak" and continue to defy / take advantage / take things for granted in future??

We love him and he said he loves us but being a rebellious teen, we think he is trying to test us to see how far he can annoy us.

But we must discipline him now before it's too late and we lose him completely.

it's amazing:
Adam was created from no man or woman (was created in the direct image of a man by God),
Eve was created from a man (Adam's rib),
Jesus was created from a woman (his mother Mary),
and we were created from both a man and a woman (our moms and dads)..
